Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Money Orders, Cashier's
Checks, and personal checks only with approval and down payment of
25%, (non refundable) of the total of items ordered. All Credit Card
processing fees are paid by the customer. No C.O.D’S. All shipping
and handling charges are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
When
paying by check or MO, your order will be held until check has
cleared.
Please
allow 2 to 4 weeks on regular stocked items, 4 to 6 weeks lead time on
manufactured large items, larger orders

MINIMUM
ORDER:
Shipping and handling limitations and credit card processing fees
require a minimum order of $350.00.
Customer
is responsible for all shipping charges.
Insurance will be added on ALL ORDERS
RETURN
AND REFUND POLICY:
NO Returns, other than items damaged in shipping: All of our
manufactured products are one of a kind; therefore we do not accept
returns, except items damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be
reported within 48 hour. All returns must be approved by EWD.
Damaged items will be inspected and picked up by the carrier and we
will replace the item or refund your credit card for the full ticket
value of the item. We insure our shipments for the full value of
the shipment plus shipping charges, less handling fees, however, some
carriers freight coverage will not cover shipping charges in which
case shipping charges are non refundable. All items plus shipping and
handling charges are not refundable if the claim is not reported
within the time frame allowed, if the claim is not honored due to
circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Carriers:
We ship by way of Fed Ex Ground, RPS and Fed Ex Express, Freight
Truck, Customs Brokerage for air, ocean and Railway on large orders
and extra large items. Most shipments received in 5 to 7 working days
from ship date to the East Coast.
Handling
Fee:
EWD products are packed carefully and securely in double walled,
custom sized boxes made for EWD products. We also are experts in full
size crate building and pallet packing. Our small item carrier is Fed
Ex Ground and Express. Our experienced brokers for freight,
truck, ocean, air and railway provide us with reputable shipping lines
giving us the safest and fastest means of delivery with the best
competitive rates available. Items manufactured by EWD are individual
pieces, each a one of a kind piece, size is approx. within inches.
Style and number of pieces needed vary with in a few pieces. Each
piece requires thought and configuration in packing so it arrives
safely to our customers. We're proud to mention our expert packers had
no damage claims in 2001 and 2002 on items packaged by EWD.

Crate: 5 x 5 x 8 tall: $125.00, First pallet: $45.00, 2nd pallet
or more: $25.00, Oversized double wall boxes from 103” to 130”:
First Box $12.00, 2nd or more $8.00 per box. Oversized
Boxes from 79” to 103”: First box $8.00, 2nd box $6.00.
Regular box packing fee: Standard Box $2.50, small box $1.50. Bundles:
First Bundle $10.00, 2nd or more $5.00. Container loose
stack: Call for pricing on containers or truck load.
